Welcome to Vitalis Wellness Center's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. All clients must provide accurate and up-to-date personal and medical information before receiving services.
2. Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
3. Payment for services is due at the time of appointment unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
4. We respect your privacy. Your personal information will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.
5. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.
6. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our terms or exhibits inappropriate behavior.
7. Any disputes or concerns about our services should be reported to our management team for resolution.

Cancellation Policy for Scheduling Appointments
Thank you for scheduling your appointment with us at Vitalis Health & Wellness Center. We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy, which also applies to packages previously purchased:
1. Advance Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
2. Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a late cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.
3. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing any notice, a no-show fee of $50 will be charged.
4. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel your appointment, please call us at 888-348-7363 or email us at [email protected]. We will confirm your cancellation once it has been processed.
5. No Exceptions: Please note that there are no exemptions to this cancellation policy. All late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to the respective fees.
6. Repeated Cancellations: Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule appointments may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be subject to additional terms.
7. Packages: This cancellation policy applies to all appointments, including those made as part of previously purchased packages. Late cancellation and no-show fees will not be deducted from the remaining balance of the package. Instead, clients will be required to pay these fees separately.
